Fascinating call tonight talking about the recent change in the market. While we've watched the hedge funds enter the real estate market, pay ridiculous prices for properties, pent up demand realizing they need to buy now before interest rates go up and now? All of a sudden? There's an increase in inventory and sales are slowing down.
Great discussion as we enter one of these housing markets for the next field trip in Seattle. Luckily, my Special Guest for the Seattle Field Trip, Mark Pantak, was on the call and offered some critical learning points.

Once a "frustrated real estate investor", Jean Norton figured out how to deal with the adversities and obstacles that arise in real estate investing. She was trained by Armando Montelongo, Phill Grove, and Cliff Gager. She blogged as she learned and experienced real estate investing since July of 2009 (HERE). Since, she attracts other frustrated real state investors and shows them how to gain the confidence needed to actually succeed.
