Beware How You Invite Investors into Your Real Estate Deal
Jillian Sidoti, former real estate investor now securities attorney warns us on how we could get into trouble with the Securities and Exchange Commission by merely posting a solicitous offering on Facebook. In addition, she and I are on the same page for steps to take to attract investors. (check the eBook, "How to be a Cash Magnet for your Real Estate Deals") She also goes into discussing what is required for establishing your own real estate investing fund - a thought that doesn't sound so scary to me now.
