The interview, with Jilliene Helman, CEO of Realty Mogul clarified everything we ever want to know about crowd-funding for real estate.

I love her candid descriptions of what she is facing with the SEC, her knowledge of the concept of supply and demand and found this interview to be one of  the best ever.

Can YOU Build a House from Scratch?
