Yes, a new vehicle for funding real estate transactions have hit the market - well to the delight of both investors and those of us that take distressed properties, rehab them and then sell them to an end buyer.
The interview, with Jilliene Helman, CEO of Realty Mogul clarified everything we ever want to know about crowd-funding for real estate.
I love her candid descriptions of what she is facing with the SEC, her knowledge of the concept of supply and demand and found this interview to be one of the best ever.
Enjoy!

BY THE WAY...Yes, we've had some calls and I haven't posted them yet. If you really, really, really want to hear them, contact me and I will add them.

Once a "frustrated real estate investor", Jean Norton figured out how to deal with the adversities and obstacles that arise in real estate investing. She was trained by Armando Montelongo, Phill Grove, and Cliff Gager. She blogged as she learned and experienced real estate investing since July of 2009 (HERE). Since, she attracts other frustrated real state investors and shows them how to gain the confidence needed to actually succeed.

Can YOU Build a House from Scratch?
The answer is YES! Absolutely. What started as a general question and answer call turned out to be quite informative. Leo Clark has been building houses in San Diego and gave us a lot of information. It turned into quite a discussion as to why new building is actually EASIER than rehabbing for real estate investors.
Sometimes, even if a call doesn't start out with a subject, it becomes an incredible subject.
