What a great call with John Fedro, the KING of Mobile Home investing. I love hearing about alternative methods for real estate investing and talk about someone that "thinks outside of the box"!
What struggling real estate investors don't know is that all they have to do is a 15 degree shift in their approach, and John shows us how, at a very early age, made that shift and took what he learned from a very expensive program and added his own spin to it a very lucrative real estate career. Enjoy!

Once a "frustrated real estate investor", Jean Norton figured out how to deal with the adversities and obstacles that arise in real estate investing. She was trained by Armando Montelongo, Phill Grove, and Cliff Gager. She blogged as she learned and experienced real estate investing since July of 2009 (HERE). Since, she attracts other frustrated real state investors and shows them how to gain the confidence needed to actually succeed.

So What Happens to Properties Acquired During Fraud?
There are times that some information is just so powerful, so informative that I withhold those calls ONLY as a bonus for those that come to the "Rehabbing Remotely" Field Trips (Next one coming in Florida, February 22-24).
I debated a little on this one, because it was a critical week in real estate investing for me. I was presented with a deal on properties that were circumspect to say the least. Some of my advisers said to run as far away as possible, while the people presenting the deal to me were very trustworthy.
The bottom line, these properties were toxic, as was a result of fraud. The fraudsters in jail, and the bankruptcy court ordered the sale of the properties, yet when researching the properties, many were owned by the local government due to past taxes. You really need to listen to this call.
