Beware How You Invite Investors into Your Real Estate Deal
Jillian Sidoti, former real estate investor now securities attorney warns us on how we could get into trouble with the Securities and Exchange Commission by merely posting a solicitous offering on Facebook. In addition, she and I are on the same page for steps to take to attract investors. The interview, with Jilliene Helman, CEO of Realty Mogul clarified everything we ever want to know about crowd-funding for real estate.
I love her candid descriptions of what she is facing with the SEC, her knowledge of the concept of supply and demand and found this interview to be one of the best ever.
