Horror Stories, Questions on Investing, Last Field Trip Review

Great call last weekend - This is another MUST LISTEN free call.  We reviewed the Chicago Field Trip, Talked about Horror Stories and discussed a lot of issues that can arise in Real Estate investing.

If you're just starting out as a real estate investor, I encourage you to get the eBook which is a compilation of blog posts since I started investing in June 2009: http://jeannortoninvestor.com .  Then go back and listen to these recordings.  The learning opportunities here are invaluable.

You can find this call as a podcast on iTunes, just search for Rehabbing Remotely - or you can listen to it by clicking HERE.

Also, check my other blog: http://jeannortoninvestor.com - I have a recording on how I got out of making hundreds of offers, thinking "outside the box" and finding a real estate strategy that worked for me.

Enjoy!

The Truth about Gap Funding - Interview with Heidi Linder from Gold Stream Investments

Another 100% AWESOME call with Heidi Linder from Gold Stream Investments - Utilizing gap funding is a method of financing where you have minimal dollars invested in a rehab deal.

Hard money lenders will finance a percentage of the full project, but Heidi will come in and finance the rest of the project.  In some cases you can utilize gap funding without ANY of your own money.  So if you still think you need your own money to do real estate investing, listen to this call and think again.

We also discussed the upcoming Field Trip in Chicago - http://budurl.com/rehabchicago - there are still a few more spots, so if you're on the fence, get off the fence and join me this coming weekend!

The HARD-SELL, How to Recognize it, How to Say NO.

We've all experienced the hard-sell.  They guy that tries to make you feel stupid because your spouse hasn't agreed to the purchase, the car salesman that won't give you your car keys back, the seminar salesman that tells you their boss thinks your special and wants you in their private real estate investing group.  We talk about all of those and more in this very long recording.  Enjoy!
