Teens in Real Estate - Could be a Win/Win for the Real Estate Investor

Great discussion on utilizing teens in your real estate investing business.  This started because the last field trip included 2 teens (their mom's brought them) and I was shocked at how they really got into this business.  This continued to how you can use your own kids, put them on the payroll and avoid some taxes by getting them to do some of the bird-dogging and bandit signs for you.

I totally love the creativity that comes from these meetings.
